Terms of Service

OctaSapien provides independent productivity tools for SAP professionals, integration teams, developers, consultants, QA teams and delivery teams. OctaSapien is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by SAP SE.

The service is operated by OctaSapien, tax ID not applicable at this stage, address not published at this stage.

• You must be legally capable of entering into these terms and, if you use OctaSapien on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, attempt to bypass plan limits or misuse the service.

OctaSapien includes web-based utilities, generators, analyzers, converters, validators, AI-assisted features, workspace features, account management, admin features and related documentation. Some tools may be free, some may require login and some may require a paid subscription.

We may add, modify, limit, rename, remove or discontinue tools or features at any time, especially during beta, preview or early-stage releases.

You agree to use OctaSapien responsibly, lawfully and only for purposes you are authorized to perform.

• Do not submit production secrets, passwords, private keys, credentials, regulated sensitive data or third-party confidential information unless you are authorized and the tool is appropriate for that use.
• Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property rights, violate privacy rights, harass others, distribute malware, attack systems or perform illegal activity.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, bypass rate limits, bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
• Do not represent OctaSapien as an official SAP product or imply affiliation with SAP SE.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to OctaSapien and the outputs generated for you, subject to any rights owned by third parties and the limitations of applicable law. You grant OctaSapien a limited right to process your content only to operate, secure, provide and improve the service, comply with law and enforce these terms.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality and authorization of any content you submit. You should review all generated outputs before using them in real projects, client deliverables, production systems or regulated contexts.

AI-assisted features may generate suggestions, explanations, code, specifications, mappings, checklists, risk summaries or other outputs. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unsafe or unsuitable for your context.

AI outputs are not legal, tax, accounting, security, medical, financial or professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing, testing and validating any output before relying on it.

Paid plans, if enabled, may be billed through a third-party payment processor. Prices, features, billing cycles, usage limits, plan names and taxes may change over time. Any applicable taxes, foreign exchange costs, bank fees or card issuer charges are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Unless a separate refund policy or mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins. You can cancel future renewals through the account or billing flow when available.

OctaSapien, including its software, UI, designs, names, logos, documentation, templates, components and platform content, is owned by OctaSapien or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

SAP, SAP product names and related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of SAP SE or its affiliates. OctaSapien uses references to SAP-related technologies only for descriptive compatibility and professional context.

OctaSapien may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, databases, analytics, payments, AI processing, email, monitoring and other operational needs. Your use of those integrations may be subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy policies.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information. By using OctaSapien, you acknowledge that personal information will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent storage of data, compatibility with every browser or suitability for every SAP landscape or business process.

We may perform maintenance, apply security fixes, change infrastructure, impose limits or suspend access when reasonably necessary.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. OctaSapien does not warrant that tools, generated outputs, examples, templates or documentation will be accurate, complete, compliant, secure or fit for a specific purpose.

Professional judgment is required. You should test all code, mappings, payloads, configurations, specifications and recommendations before use in production or client environments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OctaSapien will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, business interruption or loss arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights where they apply.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold OctaSapien harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your content, your violation of these terms or your violation of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

You may stop using OctaSapien at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued access would expose OctaSapien, users or third parties to harm.

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Argentina, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may apply to consumers or users in the European Union, United States or other jurisdictions. Jurisdiction: the competent jurisdiction applicable to the legal operator of OctaSapien at the time.

If you are using the service as a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence may provide additional rights that cannot be waived by contract.

We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the date on this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
