Terms of Service

OctaSapien provides independent productivity tools for integration, documentation, quality and enterprise delivery. Some tools are designed for use with SAP® software. OctaSapien is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by SAP SE.

The service is provided by Jerónimo Cremona, operating under the OctaSapien brand. Contact: contact@octasapien.com.

• You must be legally capable of entering into these terms and, if you use OctaSapien on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, attempt to bypass plan limits or misuse the service.

OctaSapien includes web-based utilities, generators, analyzers, converters, validators, AI-assisted features, workspace features, account management, admin features and related documentation. Some tools may be free, some may require login and some may require a paid subscription.

We may add, modify, limit, rename, remove or discontinue tools or features at any time, especially during beta, preview or early-stage releases.

You agree to use OctaSapien responsibly, lawfully and only for purposes you are authorized to perform.

• Do not submit production secrets, passwords, private keys, credentials, regulated sensitive data or third-party confidential information unless you are authorized and the tool is appropriate for that use.
• Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property rights, violate privacy rights, harass others, distribute malware, attack systems or perform illegal activity.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, bypass rate limits, bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
• Do not represent OctaSapien as an official product of SAP SE or imply affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from SAP SE.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to OctaSapien and the outputs generated for you, subject to any rights owned by third parties and the limitations of applicable law. You grant the service provider a limited right to process your content only to operate, secure and provide the service, comply with law and enforce these terms. Content is not authorized for training general-purpose AI models unless this is expressly disclosed and any consent required by law is obtained.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality and authorization of any content you submit. You should review all generated outputs before using them in real projects, client deliverables, production systems or regulated contexts.

AI-assisted features may generate suggestions, explanations, code, specifications, mappings, checklists, risk summaries or other outputs. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unsafe or unsuitable for your context.

AI outputs are not legal, tax, accounting, security, medical, financial or professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing, testing and validating any output before relying on it.

When paid plans are enabled, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller: you purchase the subscription from Paddle, while the OctaSapien service is provided under these terms. Paddle processes payments and manages applicable receipts, taxes and refunds. The OctaSapien service provider remains responsible for the product and related support.

OctaSapien PRO costs USD 19.99 per month and renews automatically for additional monthly periods until canceled. Paddle charges the payment method associated with the subscription on each renewal date. You may cancel future renewals at any time; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Prices, features, usage limits and plan names may change with reasonable advance notice. Price changes apply to future billing periods and consent will be requested where required by law. Refunds are governed by the OctaSapien Refund Policy, Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, and applicable mandatory rights.

The OctaSapien software, UI, designs, name, logos, documentation, templates, components and platform content are owned by Jerónimo Cremona or the applicable licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

SAP is a trademark or registered trademark of SAP SE or its affiliates in Germany and other countries. It is mentioned only to describe compatibility; no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is implied.

OctaSapien may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, databases, analytics, payments, AI processing, email, monitoring and other operational needs. Your use of those integrations may be subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy policies.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information. By using OctaSapien, you acknowledge that personal information will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent storage of data, compatibility with every browser or suitability for every enterprise environment or business process.

We may perform maintenance, apply security fixes, change infrastructure, impose limits or suspend access when reasonably necessary.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. OctaSapien does not warrant that tools, generated outputs, examples, templates or documentation will be accurate, complete, compliant, secure or fit for a specific purpose.

Professional judgment is required. You should test all code, mappings, payloads, configurations, specifications and recommendations before use in production or client environments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OctaSapien will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, business interruption or loss arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights where they apply.

If you use the service in connection with a trade or business, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify Jerónimo Cremona, operating under the OctaSapien brand, against third-party claims directly caused by your unlawful or intentional misuse of the service, content you had no right to submit, or your infringement of third-party rights. This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

You may stop using OctaSapien at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued access would expose OctaSapien, users or third parties to harm.

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may apply to consumers or users in other jurisdictions. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts competent under applicable law.

If you are using the service as a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence may provide additional rights that cannot be waived by contract.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes through the service or by email where appropriate. Changes to paid subscription terms apply prospectively, and we will request consent where required by law. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms, without limiting mandatory rights.
