Practical usage guide

A practical workflow for PDF to Word

Convert supported PDFs to Word with the original page layout and editable text boxes. Unsupported documents are refused.

1. Prepare

Load a supported report example or a local PDF with unembedded standard fonts and selectable Latin text. Examples load only; convert explicitly.

2. Review

Review every DOCX page in Microsoft Word against the source. Text is editable in fixed-position boxes; fonts are substituted and only graphics are rasterized.

3. Apply

Save a reviewed copy. Text boxes do not flow like paragraphs, and table grids/graphics are not editable shapes. Scans, forms and unsupported layouts are refused rather than flattened into fake editable text. Inline images, Type3 fonts, unsupported content compression and non-natural text spacing are also refused. Consecutive spaces collapsed by the PDF reader are also refused rather than guessed.
