Practical usage guide

A practical workflow for Data Profiling & Anomaly Analyzer

Profile pasted SAP CSV, TSV and delimited data locally for completeness, distinct values, primitive formats, row-width issues and numeric IQR outliers.

1. Prepare

Paste a table to profile. Example: Material M1–M5 with Stock values 10, 11, 10, 12 and 450.

2. Review

Inspect column profiles, nulls, duplicates and format findings. In this sample, the IQR check identifies 450 as a statistical outlier.

3. Apply

An outlier is not necessarily a business error. Confirm units, population and expected distributions before correcting records or excluding values.

Verification before operational use

Use a representative case with the inputs needed to reproduce it.
Confirm the result in the authorized target environment when runtime versions, namespaces, extensions, permissions or system configuration can change the outcome.
Record the source, assumptions, tool settings and expected result so another reviewer can reproduce the check and distinguish verified facts from recommendations.
