A practical workflow for Effort Estimator

Estimate SAP effort for ABAP developments from functional specs, SAP requirements, integrations and end-to-end delivery using structured AI-assisted analysis.

1. Prepare

Describe the scope or attach a PDF, DOCX or TXT file and choose the SAP context. Synthetic example: a read-only SAP S/4HANA ALV report for vendor open items, with company-code and vendor filters and standard export; no updates or external interfaces. 2. Review

3. Apply

Verification before operational use

Use a representative case with the inputs needed to reproduce it.

Record the source, assumptions, tool settings and expected result so another reviewer can reproduce the check and distinguish verified facts from recommendations.
